On June 8th 2009, WVS supported by the local veterinary doctors joined hands with the Karuna veterinary doctor and assistants to conduct a medical camp in the neighbouring village of Buchaiahgaripalli.

This event met with success as over a 100 cattle and dogs were checked and treated. The cattle owners were advised to bring their animals to the Karuna cattle hospital in case they were ailing.
